Be GREAT in Real Estate is Matthew Bizzarro's program for real estate agents. This page says what we collect on this site, why, and what you can do about it.
What you give us
When you sign up or ask to work with Matthew, we get what you type into the form: your name, email, where you work, and, if you add them, your phone number, what you do now and anything you want Matthew to know. We also record the consent you gave, word for word, with the time you gave it.
We use it to send you the Monday Letter and emails from Matthew, and, if you asked for a call and agreed to calls and texts, so Matthew's team can call or text you to set it up. We don't sell it.
Where it goes
Your details go into Follow Up Boss, the CRM (customer relationship manager) Matthew's team uses to keep track of people and send email.
If Follow Up Boss can't be reached when you submit a form, we keep a temporary backup copy of your submission (in Upstash Redis, through our host, Vercel) and move it into Follow Up Boss once it's back. The backup is deleted as soon as it lands, and after 14 days at the most.
Visitor stats and cookies
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you: it shows us things like which pages are read and which sites people come from.
Your browser keeps a small note of how you first found this site (for example, from YouTube), so we know which links work. It stays in your browser and is only sent to us with a form you choose to submit.
After you sign up, we set one short-lived, encrypted cookie so the thank-you page can add your answers to the same signup. It expires after 2 hours.
YouTube
This site and our videos use YouTube API Services. When you watch our videos, Google's privacy policy applies to what YouTube collects.
If you ever connect a Google account to anything of ours, you can remove that access at any time from your Google account's security settings.
Your choices
Every email from Matthew has an unsubscribe link. To stop texts, reply STOP.
To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email hello@bizzarroagency.com and ask. We'll take care of it.
